AERIAL SUNSET IN DUVALL PANORAMA

My home is in the town of Duvall, Wa, on the east side of the Snoqualmie River Valley.  It is a fairly rural town and farming is still very much a way of life in the valley.  The valley is vibrant, and the Snoqualmie River lazily winds it way through the valley as it later on joins up with the Snohomish River to make its journey to Puget Sound.  To the west of Duvall you run into Redmond (home of Microsoft), and Kirkland (original headquarters of Costco), and beyond that is Bellevue and Lake Washington, and on the other side of Lake Washington is Seattle.  We do get some very spectacular sunsets here in Duvall, and being able to photograph them from the air makes them even more spectacular.  On this particular day, the cloud buildups were amazing and loved how they were being lit from behind by the setting sun.  This image is a composite panorama, and is composed of 21 separate images stitched together to form the larger image.  If you zoom in on the high resolution versions of this image, the Seattle skyline is clearly visible as the image was taken from height of about 400 feet above ground and for that location it is about 800 feet mean sea level.  The resolution of the source image is 9951 x 3340.
